Mr. Kline's experience includes business and financial planning, financial modeling and reporting, cash flow review, budgeting and forecasting, economic value-added analysis, and strategic pricing in such varied industries as retail, construction supply, boat manufacturing, printing and leisure travel.
Since joining Alliance Management in 2008, Mr. Kline's engagements have comprised an array of industries and projects, including:
Restructure and reorganization advisor in the construction supply, printing, retail, chemical manufacturing, appliance recycling, wholesale distribution, restaurant and banking industries
Investment banker for a 20-store retailer, regional travel agency, aluminum casting manufacturer, construction supplier and a metal fabricator
Financial advisory services for an oil distributor, casino and bakery
Creditor committee advisor to a newspaper union
Creditor workout advisor
Prior to his work at Alliance, Mr. Kline served in various financial roles at Target Corporation. While at Target, Mr. Kline supported international sourcing, merchandising, food and grocery and capital finance through enhanced budgeting processes, analytical support and analysis of strategic growth areas.
Mr. Kline is currently a member of the Upper Midwest Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and holds a B.A. in Financial Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
