Prior to joining Alliance in 2005, Ms. Cramer ran two staffing businesses of her own, managed two property management firms for out-of-state owners, and had extensive experience in industrial property loan closings, property management, and civil litigation/property rights research for a major railroad. Previous clients and employers include IBM Corporation, Building Contracting, Inc., LAO Enterprises, Executive Business Services, Symphony Information Services, FiServ Corp., The Freedom Group, Dreyfus Corporation, Campbell Mithun, and a variety of investment groups, law firms and consulting firms.

Deb leads the firm real estate management and receivership administration function. This role includes coordinating operational needs and leasing activity, supervising property management and real estate sales professionals, managing project reporting obligations and providing administrative support to lenders, owners, tenants, the Court and other stakeholders.

Deb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with minors in Accounting and IT Technology from Metro State University. She also holds educational certificates for NT Administration, E-Commerce on the Net, Database Design and Development and Visual Basic Programming.
