Ms. Rogers has held leadership positions in treasury, financial reporting, accounting, risk management, tax filing and HR functions.
In addition to providing advisory service to Alliance’s clients regarding finance, accounting , and operations, Diane serves in interim management roles as a Controller, CFO, and Senior Financial Adviser.
Ms. Rogers began her career in public accounting with Deloitte, and later Arthur Anderson, where she led audit teams and compliance programs. She has held Controller, Director of Finance, CFO and EVP positions for several middle market companies in such diverse industries as higher education, biological sciences, animal health, mortgage processing, photographic products and textiles.
Ms. Rogers is a Certified Public Accountant and is an active member in Minnesota Society of CPA’s, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Employee Benefit Audit Quality Center. Ms. Rogers earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration (with accounting emphasis) from the University of South Dakota and has done graduate work at University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business.
