Steve started in the industry with a brokerage firm managing a portfolio of 500,000 square feet of retail, industrial, and office properties. He then transitioned from management to focus on brokerage services, working with a variety of clients such as Proctor & Gamble, General Mills, Polaroid, Park Nicollet Clinic, Gabbert’s, Proto Labs, and a number of investment groups, REITS, and local business owners.

In 2005, Steve started Strategic, LLC, a commercial real estate company (and affiliate of Alliance) that prides itself on providing high levels of service and communication to its clients. Steve is proficient in assisting companies looking to consolidate, expand, or simply dispose of an existing asset. Steve’s strength rests in solving his client’s real estate needs and, when desired, maximizing asset performance. He has worked on numerous restructuring projects and understands the key drivers to maximizing a recovery.

Steve is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas where he received his degree in financial management. He also holds the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Minnesota.
