Mr. Tomas has over 27 years of financial advisory experience, including over 15 years managing bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Mr. Thomas has served as a financial advisor to debtors and lenders across a variety of industries, including:

- Senior Facility Care and Hospitality
- Aerospace
- Food and Agriculture
- Healthcare
- Transportation
- Banking and Financial Services
Mr. Tomas has represented secured creditors and creditor committees and has served as an advisor to the U.S. Trustee. Additionally, Chris has served as expert witness in litigation related to business valuation, business income loss and other financial matters.
Mr. Tomas has served in the roles of CFO, CRO, CCO, Restructuring Advisor, Trustee, Liquidating Agent, Receiver and Investment Banker, including advising companies through business sale transactions.
In November of 2015, Mr. Tomas received the Upper Midwest Turnaround Management association Transaction of the Year for his investment banking role in the 363 Sale of HEI, Inc.
Mr. Tomas is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Upper Midwest Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN).
