Jeff Gorman has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, business planning, business development, marketing strategy and equity funding. Mr. Gorman has held CEO, CFO, and court-appointed receivership roles within a diverse range of organizations. Industries served include manufacturing, software, commercial print services, distribution, food, marketing, retail and construction.
Mr. Gorman has extensive experience in all aspects of financial management including cash management and budgeting, risk management, asset security and investment banking through the sale of profitable and distressed companies. In his various roles, Mr. Gorman has been responsible for managing banking relationships, including negotiating long and short-term financing arrangements.
Prior to joining Alliance Management, Mr. Gorman purchased, successfully managed and sold a mid-market commercial printing company. During his time as CEO, the company experienced double digit EBITDA growth. Other operational and marketing assignments included executing marketing and supply chain management activities for a Fortune 200 global marketing, advertising and communications company. In addition, Mr. Gorman was responsible for financial reporting and analysis for Minnesota Management Partners, an equity fund portfolio consisting of private and public companies.
Mr. Gorman earned his CPA Certification when starting his career at RSM (formerly McGladrey) as a Senior Auditor. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Minnesota and a member of the Upper Midwest Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Gorman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Gustavus Adolphus College, in St. Peter, MN.
