Nancee Hayes

Ms. Hayes has over 45 years professional experience in banking operations, retail banking, legal assistance, and corporate administration.

In her current role with Alliance Management, Nancee facilitates various financial and legal matters for its executive-level staff. Prior to her current duties, her role as corporate administrator included all the responsibilities of that position.

Before joining Alliance Management in 2000, Nancee held many positions with US Bank, served as an officer of a local independent community bank and worked as a legal assistant in toxic tort ligation for a non-metro law firm.

Nancee completed her legal assistance education with Rasmussen Business College in Minnetonka and holds a BA degree in languages from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
